Billing Terms

Welcome to Plushtery. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – where available

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Order Confirmation & Billing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your billing details. Payment is processed at the time of order placement for prepaid orders. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery. Please ensure that your billing information is accurate and up to date.

4. Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax), are calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Plushtery is not responsible for these additional charges.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cancellations may be requested before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

6. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed payment transaction, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the amount was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive your refund, please contact us at our support email.

7. Recurring Charges

Plushtery does not currently offer subscription-based billing. All purchases are one-time transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise for any future subscription or membership services.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
